Executive Chef

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience in high-volume kitchens.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and staff effectively.
Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in menu development and event coordination.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Back-of-House operations to ensure efficiency.
- Set daily production pars to minimize waste and optimize workflow.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion standards.
- Conduct line checks and tastings to maintain food quality and consistency.
- Manage food costs and vendor relationships, ensuring strong pricing agreements.
- Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
