Responsibilities:

• Assist the Center Director in daily operations and management of the child care center.
• Support staff in implementing educational programs and activities for children.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment for children and families.
• Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
• Oversee enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote the center and attract new families.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a child care or educational setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
