Job Summary:

The On-Site Services Specialist provides operational and administrative support across mailroom, print, and facility services. This role involves handling mail distribution, package delivery, meeting room setups, and operating high-volume document and imaging equipment. The candidate will ensure efficient daily operations while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily mail runs, package delivery, and distribution of office supplies
• Log, receive, and track packages using company-provided tools
• Set up meeting rooms including moving tables, chairs, and equipment
• Deliver copy paper and maintain office machines
• Operate high-volume copy, printing, and document imaging equipment
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and shipping tasks
• Maintain copier functionality, troubleshoot minor issues, and report technical problems
• Maintain records for inventory, billing logs, and service reports
• Support bindery, quality checks, and document finishing tasks
• Assist with filing, archiving, and document management
• Provide customer support and respond to service requests
• Perform light facility maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Travel between assigned office locations when required
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Basic mathematical and filing skills
• Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to change
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in copy/print or mailroom operations
• Experience with document imaging and management systems

Certifications:

Valid Driver’s License (may be required)

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

1–2 years of related experience preferred
