Dentist
Are you a Dentist who values high-quality care over high-volume quotas? This patient-centered, fee-for-service private practice in Atlanta is looking for a dedicated Dentist to take over an established patient base. This is a 100% out-of-network environment where you can build deep relationships and provide the best possible clinical outcomes . A successful associate will have a pathway to partnership.
Clinical Environment & Technology
The owner believes a Dentist should have the best tools available to perform at their peak. This modern office is fully equipped with:
- CBCT and CEREC technology
- Digital scanners and 3D printers
- Advanced laser and implant systems
- A highly trained support staff
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers significant financial upside and a healthy work-life balance for the right Dentist :
- $300,000+ annual income potential
- Comprehensive benefits package available
- Four-day work week (Monday through Thursday)

Requirements
To be successful as our new Dentist , you must meet the following criteria:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a patient-centric office
- A strong commitment to continuing education and skill mastery. Courses from Kois, Spear, Misch, Dawson, etc are ideal.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first chairside manner
