Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is fast, friendly, and confident in a high-volume environment while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
• Maintain knowledge of SKOL beers, menu items, and specials
• Handle high-volume service with speed and consistency
• Manage cash and POS transactions accurately
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with team members during service and events

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and bar operations
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, events required)
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
