Overview
We are seeking a responsive and empathetic Remote Claims Service Representative to assist clients throughout the claims process. You’ll ensure timely communication, accurate documentation, and a smooth experience for customers managing insurance-related claims.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through claims procedures and requirements
Collect and verify necessary documentation
Maintain updated records in claims management and CRM systems
Escalate complex or urgent cases to appropriate teams
Provide compassionate and clear communication throughout the process
Qualifications
Experience in claims processing, insurance, or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
Familiarity with CRM and digital document tools
Calm and composed under pressure
