From the team behind Fellows Cafe , From the Well is a neighborhood market and artisan bakery located in Roswell. Our space, menu, and offerings evolve with the seasons and the needs of our community. Everything we do is rooted in the belief that simple, high-quality food brings people together.

From the Well is built around craft, care, and shared experience. We specialize in naturally leavened, hand-shaped breads alongside a rotating selection of comfort-forward baked goods and seasonal café offerings. Our kitchen is warm, physical, and deeply human. The work behind the scenes is just as important as what reaches the counter.

We are growing our kitchen team and are looking for a Prep Cook who is excited to support a thoughtful, process-driven bakery and cafe program.

Our prep team is foundational to the daily rhythm of the bakery and kitchen. This role supports bread, pastry, and café production through organized, consistent, and detail-oriented preparation.

The work is hands-on and physical. Early mornings and weekends are part of the rhythm.

You will spend your time scaling ingredients, mixing batters and doughs, preparing components, portioning, labeling, organizing, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Because we work seasonally and in small batches, prep changes often and requires focus, flexibility, and care.

This is steady, behind-the-scenes work that directly shapes the quality of everything we produce.

• Have professional kitchen or bakery experience
