Sales Account Manager
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business with general contractors specializing in multifamily new construction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand market share.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals through contract negotiation and close.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned general contractor accounts.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with project managers, purchasing agents, and executive decision-makers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our cabinet product lines, specifications, and manufacturing capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions aligned with project requirements and building codes.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to contractors and stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and multifamily market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in building products, cabinetry, millwork, or construction materials.
- Proven track record of selling to general contractors in the multifamily, commercial, or hospitality markets.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and grow account revenue.
- Strong understanding of the construction bidding process and project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the Southeast U.S.
