The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) performs treatment and provides exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.

Qualifications:

Education

• Associate’s Degree from a CAPTE accredited program Required

Work Experience

• No experience required Required

Licenses and Certifications

• PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice Upon Hire Required
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire Required
