About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Union County Nursing Home (UCNH), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through effective rehabilitation strategies. Your primary focus will be on assessing patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, particularly in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation. Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy.
• Experience working in a long-term care or nursing home environment.
• Bilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:
