Job Description

Are you passionate about teaching the next generation of nurses? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Instructor to guide and mentor nursing students during their clinical rotations at four hospital locations near Stockbridge, Georgia .

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and instruct student nurses during clinical rotations.
• Provide hands-on guidance in patient care, clinical decision-making, and professional development.
• Assess students’ clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing program requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Previous teaching or precepting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and mentorship skills.
