This is a remote, work from home position. You must reside in the state of Georgia to be eligible. We are looking for full-time Inbound Sales Representatives. Don't like cold calling? Neither do we - our customers call us with a need for storage. Your job is to assist our customers by reserving the best storage unit that would fit their individual needs and deliver amazing customer service.

Pay starts at $16/hr plus commission! Don't get lost in the shuffle of a large call center- at Extra Space Storage our close-knit team allows our passionate leaders to coach you to success. This could include maximizing your monthly commission or helping you obtain that promotion at our call center or corporate office.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales/Customer Service
• Ability to connect over the phone
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass background and drug screening
• Able to work some weekends
