CLUBHOUSE/CSI/SST2-Early County C&A
Position Title: Social Services Tech Worker Work Unit: Aspire Youth and Young Adults County: Early County Immediate Supervisor: Clubhouse Manager Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a social services related field; or a high school diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience working with individuals in a social services related field. Special needs of population serviced: Work requires the knowledge and skills necessary to provide direct services appropriate to youth ages 5-18 and their families. Assigned duties include: Provides skill-building support services related to life skills and coping skills to youth with mental health disorders. Establishes rapport and interacts with family members. Provides collaborative documentation. Acts as a liaison between the organization and community stakeholders. Assists with attending interagency meeting, participate in youth staffings. Bloodborne Pathogen Category: Employee performs tasks which involve no exposure to blood or other potentially infection material.
