Cache Beauty is hiring a professional and reliable Salon/Spa Supervisor to help oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure every client receives an excellent beauty and wellness experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily salon/spa operations
- Support nail techs, estheticians, front desk, and service providers
- Manage appointment flow and client experience
- Help with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards
- Handle client concerns professionally
- Communicate staff needs, issues, and improvements to management
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily task follow-up
Qualifications:
- Previous salon, spa, or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Beauty industry experience is a plus
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
