I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was a Division I soccer coach. While I loved coaching and developing people, I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to put down roots in a community, build lasting relationships, and help people protect what matters most. I attended the University of South Carolina and am the proud parent of two children who keep me busy with their sports and activities. My coaching background continues to influence how I lead today, with a strong focus on teamwork, accountability, development, and celebrating success together. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
