Join SERVPRO as a Construction Project Manager and play a pivotal role in transforming properties after disasters. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you will lead construction projects that restore homes and businesses to their former glory. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and document changes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
