Senior Principal Consultant - Delivery & Product Excellence
ABOUT 3CI
3Ci, an MAU company, is an IT professional services and technology consulting firm specializing in full-stack software development, data engineering, process intelligence, and digital transformation. We partner with leading enterprises to accelerate transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
As 3Ci scales its Technology Solutions business, Delivery & Product Excellence has become a strategic differentiator — ensuring complex, multi-discipline work is delivered with rigor, predictability, and enterprise-grade execution. The Delivery practice owns the frameworks, talent, and operating discipline that sit at the heart of every 3Ci engagement.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Principal – Delivery is 3Ci's most accomplished individual contributor delivery leader — a recognized industry authority, strategic client advisor, and significant revenue driver who operates at the highest levels of client and practice leadership. This role combines deep delivery expertise with meaningful practice-shaping responsibility, partnering directly with the Practice Director to define 3Ci's delivery strategy, AI service portfolio, and competitive market positioning.
Senior Principals are expected to be recognized externally as thought leaders and internally as the standard-bearers for delivery excellence. They define what 'great' looks like at 3Ci and shape the next generation of Principal-level talent.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Delivery Leadership
- Lead 3Ci's highest-value, most strategically significant programs with full accountability for all outcomes
- Define and continuously evolve delivery governance models, program architectures, and execution standards for enterprise and multi-year engagements
- Serve as executive sponsor and ultimate escalation authority for major programs and strategic accounts
- Design and advise on client delivery operating model transformation at organizational scale
C-Suite Client Advisory
- Own and grow strategic relationships at the CIO, CDO, COO, and CTO level with full account health and growth accountability
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor on technology program leadership, organizational transformation, and delivery excellence
- Lead multi-year account strategies, executive relationship development plans, and engagement sequencing
- Represent 3Ci at client C-suite forums, industry events, and strategic advisory councils
- Develop and maintain a network of C-suite relationships that generate qualified pipeline independently
AI-Forward Delivery & Product Leadership
- Define and publish 3Ci's external POV on AI-augmented delivery and intelligent product management: thought leadership, white papers, and speaking engagements
- Advise C-suite clients on building AI-native delivery organizations: AI-assisted PMO design, agentic delivery operations, and intelligent product platforms
- Shape 3Ci's AI delivery service portfolio: define scope, positioning, pricing, and delivery models for all AI-enabled offerings
- Evaluate emerging agentic AI frameworks and define 3Ci's adoption strategy
- Champion responsible and ethical AI use as a non-negotiable standard across all 3Ci engagements
Practice Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Drive $3M–$5M+ in annual revenue through account ownership, C-suite relationships, and pursuit excellence
- Co-develop practice strategy, capability roadmaps, and annual operating priorities with the Practice Director
- Lead and support complex multi-practice pursuits, proposal development, and executive client presentations
- Define 3Ci's delivery go-to-market narrative, competitive differentiation, and service evolution
Talent Development & Organizational Leadership
- Develop Principal and Senior Consultant-level practitioners through co-delivery, structured mentorship, and career investment
- Define skills frameworks, career pathways, AI competency standards, and performance expectations for the practice
- Contribute to recruiting: identify, attract, and engage top delivery talent in the market
- Model and embody 3Ci's leadership values and delivery standards for the entire organization
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 12–15 years of delivery and consulting leadership including C-suite advisory and enterprise program ownership
- Proven revenue generation of $3M+ annually in a professional services context
- Recognized externally or internally as a delivery thought leader with published or presented content
- Deep expertise in enterprise delivery governance, program architecture, and AI-augmented operating models
- Track record of developing Principal-level talent who advance to senior roles
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) — strongly preferred
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Fellow
- PMI Distinguished Fellow or equivalent industry recognition
- Certified Product Executive (CPE) or equivalent senior product credential
- AI governance or responsible AI certification: MIT, Stanford HAI, or equivalent executive program
- Executive education in strategy or organizational leadership: Harvard, Wharton, or equivalent
