About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our Atlanta team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guests, and internal teams, providing high-quality support before, during, and after event Responsibilities * Assist clients and customers with questions, requests, and general support needs * Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions * Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude * Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and service documentation * Support event teams with customer-related coordination and assistance * Communicate clearly and effectively with internal departments Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor * Basic computer and data entry skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Paid training and ongoing support * Opportunities for advancement * Supportive and team-oriented work environment * Hands-on experience with events and customer engagement
