Disinfectant Solutions of Atlanta is excited to announce a career opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. This pivotal role is ideal for someone with a strong background in human resources, seeking to further their career within a progressive and ethical company. The position is Full-Time and based in our Atlanta office, as it is not eligible for remote work.
The HR Manager will serve as an integral part of our team, driving the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. They will play a key role in staffing, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program informed by competitive market practices.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, mitigating risks and addressing any legal issues pertaining to HR.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a policy of open communication and transparency.
- Oversee and manage the work of HR personnel and provide guidance as necessary.
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance as required.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
