Elma Electronic is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day to day warehouse operations supporting our electronics and metal fabrication manufacturing environment . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for material flow, inventory accuracy, and on time support to production — while building a strong, accountable, and engaged warehouse team.

This role is ideal for a supervisor who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, improving processes, and operating in a fast paced production environment where accuracy and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Do

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for shipping, receiving, stockroom operations, material handling, kitting, and inventory control
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
• Oversee all receiving and material transactions for electronic components and metal fabricated materials
• Ensure timely and accurate material movement to support production schedules
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and process discipline
• Lead annual physical inventory planning, execution, and reconciliation
• Manage outbound shipments, documentation, carrier coordination, and shipping supplies
• Conduct performance reviews, corrective actions, and ongoing coaching
• Manage timecards, attendance, and time off requests in Paycom
• Partner cross functionally with Production, Quality, Planning, and other plant teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• High School or equivalent and or community college
• 5+ years of warehouse or materials management experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience supervising or leading teams
• Experience working with electronic components and/or metal fabricated materials
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse best practices
• Experience using ERP systems and managing material transactions
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Post secondary education (associate degree, technical certification, or college coursework)
• Experience supporting electronics manufacturing and metal fabrication operations
• Forklift certification
• Strong working knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics coordination
