We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Aftermarket Sales Specialist to join our collaborative and high-performing team. This role focuses on proactively selling aftermarket service products. If you're an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives on cold calling, enjoys "the hunt," and loves being on the phone, this is your opportunity to shine. Creativity is key - we're looking for someone who can energize and elevate our existing products through strategic outreach, compelling communication, and strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities

- Leverage CRM data to identify opportunities and proactively reach out to customers to offer relevant aftermarket service solutions.
- Drive sales of preventative maintenance (PM) services, PM contracts, spare parts packages, Retrofit packages, and re-tooling kits, actively promoting PM service visits and long-term service agreements to both new and existing customers.
- Create service quotations requested from Service Desk and Field Service Teams and proactively sell: preventative maintenance (PM) services, additional services, and spare parts packages as opportunities arise.
- Daily review of out-of-warranty tickets for quoting opportunities to find leads for service and parts packages.
- Create and manage service tickets for sold Aftermarket services, coordinating with internal departments such as parts, service, and scheduling teams to ensure proper fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound cold calls and other proactive outreach efforts to generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted content and promotional materials for Aftermarket products and services, contributing to a strong marketing mindset and supporting broader outreach initiatives.
- Generate service quotes when support requests transition into service orders, using existing internal tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with field service supervisors, technicians, the parts department, and the master scheduler to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow.
Qualifications
- Sales driven with a can-do attitude.
- Persuasive, engaging, and capable of turning a “no” into a “yes.”
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales environment.
- Enjoy building rapport with others and take pride in providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Mechanical mindset and can quickly pick up technical concepts.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
- Strong ability to use tools like Excel, CRM, and ERP systems is preferred.
- Leadership skills.
