Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize projects, and drive successful implementation of AIML solutions.

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering factors such as computational resources, latency, and memory constraints.

Work closely with data scientists, ML and data engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and relevance of data for training and evaluation of AI and ML models.

Lead the deployment of AIML solutions into production environments, integrating with existing systems and processes while ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability.

Document architectural designs, algorithms, models, and implementation details, and effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence technical decisions.

Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams is a plus.
