MRI Technologist - Radiology/Cardiology - Cartersville, GA
Job Title: MRI Technologist
Rate: Up to $2246.00 weekly + benefits from day 1!
Location: Cartersville, GA
Evening Shift (8H)
40 hrs a week- Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Will take local-
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year MRI experience; first-time travelers accepted
- ARRT MR and/or ARRT R certification required
- BLS required
- Community hospital experience required; teaching hospital preferred
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Must be able to float within facility as needed
Skills/Equipment:
- MRI imaging: T1/T2 weighted, Gradient Echo, Spin Echo, Surface Coils
- Special imaging procedures: MIP, MRP, ADC mapping, subtraction, perfusion
- Anatomy focus: Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, Brain, Musculoskeletal, Spine
- Equipment: Philips and GE MRI systems, PACS
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans for adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
- Prepare and/or administer contrast media as indicated
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
- Document imaging and patient data accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team as needed
