Position Overview: As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you’ll represent well-known brands in local retail settings. You’ll provide product and service information, assist with purchases or new customer enrollments, and help ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in retail environments
Provide accurate information about products and promotions
Support customer sign-ups, purchases, and inquiries
Generate new leads and contribute to overall sales goals
Maintain a positive and professional brand image
Collaborate with team members and management to reach targets
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with customers
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
