Remote Fundraising Sales Representative

Location: Fully Remote (Must work in Eastern Standard Time)

Pay Rate:

• Base: $13/hr

• Bonus: Earn up to $1/hr based on collections

Schedule:

Training: 9am–1pm EST for 1 week

Start: Part-time, with potential to move to full-time

Typical Hours:

• AM: 8am–1pm
• PM: 5pm–9pm (Mon/Fri), 5pm–10pm (Tue–Thu)
• Saturday: 9am–2pm or 2pm–7pm
  Preferred Availability: One PM shift and one Saturday shift

Job Description:

• Make outbound fundraising calls using an auto dialer (70–90 calls/hr)
• Engage patriotic Americans using a proven script
• Represent causes that truly matter
• Collect donations with a goal of $85/hr
• Talk to 30–35 contacts/hr

Requirements:

• Experience:
• • 1 year of sales required
  • Fundraising or commissionable sales preferred
• Skills:
• • Clear and commanding voice
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Tech Setup:
• • PC with Windows 10 or higher
  • 8GB RAM (Must provide screenshot:
  • • Press Windows Key + Pause/Break or go to Settings → System → About → Installed RAM)
  • Stable internet (not T-Mobile)
  • USB headset with mute function
  • Quiet workspace
  • Basic tech skills
