LHH has partnered with a leading national manufacturer headquartered in Gwinnett County to identify a skilled Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in commercial collections and a passion for financial accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of up to 500 accounts , ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients while maintaining positive relationships.

• Monitor and enforce credit holds/releases based on account status and company policy.

• Perform account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Collaborate with internal departments to address billing issues and support resolution efforts.

• Maintain detailed records of collection activities, communications, and payment statuses.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and aging accounts.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of recent commercial collections experience .

• Proficiency in SAP or NetSuite and Intermediate Excel skills , including pivot tables .

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, or other ERP systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $57,000.00 per year
