Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist and Pharmacy Liaison, you will be the primary contact for our customers, ensuring they experience the full value of CurifyLabs’ compounding systems solutions. Your focus will be on supporting pharmacists and their teams through onboarding, training, and ongoing optimization of our systems. This role is ideal for someone with a pharmacy or healthcare background who is passionate about improving workflows and fostering successful, lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Training: Guide new pharmacy customers through the onboarding process, providing tailored support to ensure smooth adoption of CurifyLabs’ compounding technology. Conduct training sessions (remote or onsite) to help users feel confident and self-sufficient.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, offering timely and effective solutions to their questions on product use, technical setup, and best practices.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, positive relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure they maximize the benefits of our technology. Offer proactive support to anticipate and address evolving needs.
- Product Expertise: Become a subject-matter expert on CurifyLabs’ products, helping customers understand features and advising them on best practices for compounding automation, digital traceability, compliance, and patient safety.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify common needs, challenges, and feature requests, communicating these insights to our product and development teams to improve future offerings.
- Continuous Education: Provide ongoing resources, updates, and training to help customers get the most from their system. Develop webinars, guides, and troubleshooting documentation tailored to pharmacy teams.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction metrics to identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to ensure high retention and product utilization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally within a compounding pharmacy, healthcare technology, or medical device environment. Experience with compounding, hospital workflows, or pharmacy software solutions is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive manner.
- Customer-Focused: A strong dedication to customer success and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering timely solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology, especially digital health platforms, CRM software, and remote training tools. Familiarity with compounding systems, pharmacy IT integrations, and regulatory standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485) is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience. Certifications in pharmacy or clinical support roles are a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with a knack for resolving issues and optimizing processes to enhance the customer experience.
