Condustrial Inc. is a skilled trades staffing company. We provide highly skilled craftsmen to the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and marine industries. This includes temporary, temp to hire, traveling crews, and direct placement. Prior construction or Light Industrial/Warehouse recruiting experience is a HUGE plus but NOT NECESSARY - WILLING TO TRAIN!!

Your specific duties in this role will include:

• Posting ads on recruiting sites to recruit top talent.
• Call and schedule candidates.
• Complete drug screens, background checks, and interviews.
• Work closely with Sales reps to understand each client’s specific needs.
• Make sure new hires complete company safety orientations.
• Issue safety training card and PPE.
• Dispatch each new employee to job sites and coordinate with a sales rep for the first-day introduction.
• Weekly payroll entry

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must combine a positive and engaging personality with a strong and reliable work ethic.
• Previous construction staffing experience is a HUGE PLUS!
• Must be a team player
• Must be a self-starter and know how to anticipate head recruiter's needs
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and be able to keep up the pace.
• You should be organized and detailed orientated with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Must display excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with customers, temporary workers, and management.
• Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Word and Excel,
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a HUGE PLUS!!
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must.
• Construction staffing experience preferred but not necessary

• Base Salary plus commission structure ($41,600 Base Salary and will also include a commission structure)

This is a Full-Time position 8AM-5:30 PM
