Promotional Marketing Associate
We are seeking a Promotional Marketing Associate to represent our clients through face-to-face marketing inside retail environments. This role focuses on engaging customers, promoting products and services, and generating sales through direct interaction.
This is an in-person position suited for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing settings.
Responsibilities:
- Engage customers face-to-face in retail locations
- Promote and explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Generate sales and support client growth through direct marketing efforts
- Create positive customer experiences and build rapport
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Work closely with a team to support ongoing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in retail environments and standing for extended periods
- Sales-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
