Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Product Owner – Channel Enablement to lead the product direction for Email and SMS marketing technologies. This role supports platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Cloud, SMS data aggregators , and other communication technologies that power customer engagement programs.
The Product Owner will own the roadmap, partner with technical and business teams, and ensure enhancements, capabilities, and integrations align to business priorities, customer value, and measurable ROI. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to navigate stakeholder-heavy environments. This position is not a hands‑on technical role , but instead focuses on strategy, prioritization, and leadership of the product vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap for Email and SMS marketing technologies.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, IT, CRM operations, and key technology vendors to align business needs with available capabilities.
- Translate business requirements and customer insights into clear product features, epics, and priorities.
- Present roadmap updates, business cases, and technical trade-offs to sr leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as the product liaison for teams working across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, SMS aggregators, and related systems.
- Prioritize enhancements, new capabilities, and integrations supporting personalized and automated communications.
- Support Agile ceremonies in partnership with Scrum Masters and delivery teams, offering clarity and direction while helping teams strengthen their Agile maturity.
- Ensure all product decisions tie to measurable business impact, including revenue influence, engagement lift, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
- Utilize tools such as Aha! for roadmap management and Workfront for project tracking.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support coordinated execution and future-ready capability development.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM/MarTech-focused role.
- Experience with major platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, and SMS aggregators (e.g., Twilio, Sinch, Infobip ).
- Strong understanding of Email and SMS ecosystems, including data flows and channel enablement principles.
- Excellent influencer with proven ability to guide stakeholders at all levels through data, storytelling, and structured communication.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid-Agile environments.
- Ability to lead prioritization discussions and balance competing business needs.
- Exceptional organization, critical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
