Primary Objective: In broad terms, briefly state the major purpose of primary objective of this position.

Main contact for deliveries. Responsible for taking physical receipt of the package, ensuring it gets to the appropriate internal customer, and completing the goods receipt process in SAP.

Major Function and Scope: Using brief narrative statements, describe each major function of responsibility explaining the scope of the function as appropriate.

· Schedules deliveries for indirect items and is the main contact for receiving (non-raw materials).

· Manages physical receipt of packages/deliveries.

· In many cases, enters the Goods Receipt into SAP.

· Coordinates delivery to final recipient/destination and documents handoff to the appropriate person.

· Handles/coordinates vendor returns.

· Main contact for urgent/expedited orders.

· Works closely with the supply room(s).

· Will be responsible for operating a lift truck and/or electric pallet jack.

· Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision

· Follow all established standard operating procedures

· Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary

· Perform other tasks assigned by management

Type of Experience and Knowledge:

Knowledge, Experience, Certifications: Describe the education, knowledge required, years of experience, specific skills

and abilities required to do the job on a fully competent basis.

· Must have a High school diploma or higher

· 5 years experience in an industrial environment

· Operating Lift Truck experience

· Basic Microsoft Excel experience is desired.
