Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automated systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of control systems and the ability to work with various technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on automated systems and controls equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Allen Bradley control systems.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of control system components.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in control technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automation and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley technologies is essential.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and Drives is preferred.
• Experience with Fanuc robotics and Siemens systems is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
