Manage vendor relationships, respond to inquiries, and resolve discrepancies
Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and approval workflows
Assist with expense reporting, payment processing, and documentation management
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, procurement, and operations teams What We’re Looking For 2+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
Experience working in a high-volume processing environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
