Lawn Care Spray Technician Pesticides

Lawn Doctor of Smyrna-Brookhaven is looking for spray technicians dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with the highest quality, environmentally sensitive products, they aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. If you enjoy working outdoors; being out on your own with little direct supervision, and would like a chance to change the world one lawn at a time, we’d love to talk with you. The ideal candidate for this position has a:

• Strong work ethic and is reliable
• Honest and holds themselves accountable for their actions
• Proven track record for providing high quality customer service and is passionate about delivering the best possible result for their customers
• Self driven spirit and excels in working independently - with little supervision
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Passionate about continuing to grow the business and sell to customers. This role will require the technician to both market/sell our services with agreed upon weekly/monthly quotas.
• Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable, but not necessary

We are offering very competitive packages for senior technicians - ($20 and over) hourly or salary, which includes paid time off, and sick/vacation days. We are very passionate about growing our employees and making this a career for them. As a result, we are flexible with working with you on building a compensation package that works the best for you and your family.

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
