Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced stepdown unit environment, supporting patients boarded in the emergency room. This travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your specialized skills while experiencing the vibrant culture of a dynamic city in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality stepdown nursing care to patients requiring close monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly addressing changes.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Support emergency room staff by managing boarding patients efficiently.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Georgia or Compact nursing license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in stepdown or similar acute care settings.
• Proven successful completion of at least one previous travel nursing assignment.
• References from recent assignments demonstrating reliability and clinical competence.
