In one sentence

Tier 1 customer is accelerating its transition to a cloud-native, open, and programmable wireless network through its vRAN and Open RAN initiatives. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a Developer/Designer with strong RAN domain expertise to support the deployment and automation of virtualized RAN infrastructure.

What will your job look like?

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for vRAN and Open RAN components.
• Automate deployment and configuration of RAN software across cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate with Ericsson and other vendors to integrate RAN software with Customers infrastructure.
• Work with ATT customer to understand the needs and translate into work items.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for RAN performance and reliability.
• Participate in testing and validation of multi-vendor RAN components in lab and field environments.
• Ensure compliance with Open RAN standards and interoperability requirements.

All you need is...

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of RAN architecture, including DU/CU split, baseband units, and radio interfaces.
• Full Stack developer background.
• Excellent customer facing
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Knowledge of Open RAN standards and interfaces (O-RAN Alliance).
• Experience with network function virtualization (NFV) and containerized network functions (CNFs).
