We are seeking a Welder (Stainless Steel) to become an integral part of our team! The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms, piping, structural and mechanical equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform sanitary (hygienic) TIG welding on stainless steel tubing and components
• Perform structural and thin‐gauge sheet metal welding for equipment, supports, and plant infrastructure
• Independently handle fit‐up, preparation, and fixturing from layout to final weld
• Execute welds that meet strict sanitary, visual, and functional standards
• Support project work alongside our engineering project team
• Assist plant maintenance with repairs, improvements, and plant support
• Work safely, cleanly, and collaboratively in an active manufacturing environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sanitary or hygienic welding (food, beverage, biotech, pharma, or similar)
• Strong GTAW (TIG) skills on stainless steel
• Comfort working independently — hands‐on from prep through completion
• Ability to read drawings and produce consistent, high‐quality welds

​ Qualifications:

• Previous 3 years of experience in welding, in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficient with welding tools and procedures
• Proficient with understanding engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Prefer welder with aws d18.1 certification
