We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Representative to expand Autolube Group’s presence across the State of Georgia, with a primary focus on the Atlanta metropolitan area. This is a field-based position that requires frequent customer visits, territory management, and proactive relationship building. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the automotive, industrial, marine, and powersports markets.
Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
Building strong, long-term relationships through regular in-person visits and follow-up.
Executing sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to maximize growth.
Monitoring territory performance and providing accurate sales reporting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Lead and support sales representatives to achieve KPIs and contribute to company growth.
Develop and expand sales with existing accounts while actively pursuing new customers.
Collaborate with marketing and sales support teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies for maximum territory coverage.
Identify training needs and work with technical experts to strengthen product knowledge.
Represent Autolube Group at industry events, and customer meetings.
Ensure efficient use of company resources and manage territory expenses effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in lubricants, automotive aftermarket, or industrial products).
Must reside in the Atlanta metro area or surrounding Georgia market.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
Valid driver’s license with a clean record; must pass background check.
Ability to travel extensively across Georgia, including occasional weekends and overnight stays.
