- Overview We’re hiring a Quality Technician to ensure materials, processes, and finished products meet quality standards and support continuous improvement. This role may require rotating 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities
- Inspect and audit finished products to meet quality standards
- Record inspection data and perform process audits
- Conduct incoming material inspections
- Support production teams on quality standards
- Ensure reworked materials meet specifications
- Investigate defects and implement corrective actions
- Assist with customer quality issues and root cause analysis
- Calibrate measuring equipment Requirements
- Background in quality, manufacturing, or engineering (preferred)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
