Groundskeeper
Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change going into 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Grounds person to join our team at our property, Solstice Morningside. This property is 400+ units in Atlanta, GA.
Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to the beautification of our property. Must have some previous grounds experience, including lawn care, setting sprinkler systems, seasonal landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance. This position requires on call and after hours when needed.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
