Housekeeper
Seeking live in housekeeper/cook that also loves children. Responsibilities include housekeeping, cooking, transportation to and from school and helping grandmother with her 5-year-old grandson occasionally. (We eat healthy, lots of vegetables). Ideal candidate should have experience with home management, love children and able to blend well with family. Easy going and fun to work with. Someone that enjoys a healthy, active lifestyle. Experienced driver with clean driving record. Prefer that you bring your own vehicle. Recent references and background check required. Working couples considered. We live on a farm with 100 acres, have vegetable gardens and plenty of outdoor space for walking, fishing, or kayaking on our lake. We have no uber or public transportation but are 30 minutes from Rome (university town) or Calhoun, GA if you want to socialize on weekends. We have pets; dogs, cats, chickens, goats and cows so country living should be something you would enjoy. We are organized and enjoy routine. Grandma is traditional and appreciates good manners, a clean house and laundry and family dinners. This is a long-term position for a small family. Plenty of time off during the day while child is in school after morning housekeeping duties. Approximately 30-35 hours work a week. No work overload and weekends off unless you are paid for extra work if you are needed. Salary is 1600.00 per month plus gas if using your own vehicle.
