AI Testing Lead

Role : AI Testing Lead

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Type : Contract

Mandatory to come 5 days office. QE/AI LEAD "

1. Gather requirements from the stakeholders

2. Convert the requirements to Technical Specifications and document the same.

3. Design and Build ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow, Scikit Learn.

4. Choose / guide the model to choose the best fit models for the specific tasks

5. Evaluate the models and present the approaches, findings etc.

6. Manage the small technical teams, guide them to get the solutions created. allocate their effortc etc.

7. Able to take / contribute to the technical architectures.

8. Able to present his and his team work, technical approaches, results etc. to the stakeholders independently.

9. Should be able to independently interact with customers .

10. Should be able to define and plan the work and present the same inline with the overall project timelines maintaining the right quality and deliver in right time.

11. Should be able to follow and implement the industry best practices

12. Should do the code reviews to ensure the quality. "

1. Model Development Skills:

- Proficiency in developing and optimizing ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. - Experience in hyperparameter tuning, model selection, and evaluation techniques like cross-validation, ROC-AUC, and precision-recall analysis.

2. Deployment & MLOps:

- Hands-on knowledge of deploying models on VMs and cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker or Azure ML. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for automating model deployment and retraining workflows.

3. Customer Communication & Requirements Gathering:

- Ability to communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in translating customer requirements into actionable technical requirements and project plans.

4. Technical Documentation & Code Quality:

- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation of model architectures, deployment processes, and workflows. - Code quality and review practices, including adherence to PEP 8 or similar standards, and use of version control (e.g., Git).

5. Mentorship & Team Leadership:

- Evidence of past experience in mentoring and upskilling junior team members. - Familiarity with setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and guiding team members through model development."
