Sincere Transport EMS is hiring EMT-R, EMT-B, and EMT-A positions for Eight, Ten , and Twelve-hour shifts . Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Respond to all calls for service dispatched from the Sincere Transport EMS communications center as directed
• Provide care and treatment to patients according to company policy, at their level of certification and the company medical director protocols
• Ensure ambulance and all equipment are cleaned and checked daily. Any deficiencies should be reported immediately to management or the owners
• Prepare and complete appropriate reports including Patient Care Reports (PCR), billing, exposure reports, incident reports, daily, weekly, and monthly unit check-offs
• Ensure unit and crewmembers adhere to Sincere Transport EMS policies, procedures, guidelines, directives, and standards. Report any deficiencies to management or the owners
• Ensure vehicle placed in service comply with required laws, rules licenses, and regulations as outlined by the State of Georgia and other authorized agencies
• Prompt and regular attendance at work and mandatory meetings
• Maintain a state of readiness and professionalism while on duty
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while in company uniform either on or off duty
• Self-motivated and requires little supervision and direction
• Perform other such duties as may be required

Successful Candidates Must Have :

• Must be 24 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)
• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Completion of documented training, including 5-day orientation (mandatory completion)
• Background, MVR & Drug screen required (provided upon offer)
• Current State of Georgia Driver’s License
• EVOC/CVO or equivalent certification (can be completed within 6 months of hire date)
