Truck Driver Class A Eastern Regional

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced CDL-A (Class A) drivers for Eastern regional routes with occasional over‑the‑road assignments. This opportunity is suited to professional drivers who require reliable 14/2 home time (home every other week) and competitive per‑mile compensation.

• Compensation & schedule
  • Pay: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience).
  • Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500 miles; estimated weekly earnings: $1,500+ (actual earnings vary with miles and home time).
  • Pay frequency: biweekly, paid via direct deposit.
  • Home time: 14/2 (home every other week).
• Equipment & freight
  • Company‑provided tractors with dry‑van and refrigerated (reefer) trailers.
  • Primarily no‑touch/drop‑and‑hook freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook).
  • Routes operate primarily throughout the Eastern United States with occasional assignments to adjacent regions.
• Primary duties and responsibilities
  • Operate company tractor safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Perform drop‑and‑hook deliveries and live loading/unloading as required.
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs and required driver paperwork; comply with hours‑of‑service rules.
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and trucking industry best practices at all times.
• Minimum qualifications
  • Valid, current Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
  • Verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience consistent with DOT standards (for example: 3 months within the last 12 months, 6 months within the last 18 months, or 12 months within the last 24 months).
  • No DWI/DUI convictions within the past 7 years.
  • No more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
  • No preventable DOT‑reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Able to pass pre‑employment DOT physical and drug screen; meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.
  • No refusal or failure of required drug tests.
