About the Property:

Apartment community located in Marietta, GA (Cobb County). The community features upgraded one-, two-bedroom homes, faux marble countertops, vinyl hardwood floors, in-unit laundry hookups, and walk-in closets. Amenities include a dog park, playground, and on-site maintenance.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on Bilingual Property Manager to lead all operations. This is a fully on-site role including leasing activity, overseeing rent collection, vendor coordination, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leasing: Handle all leasing tasks from initial inquiry through move-in

- Marketing: Manage all online listings and local marketing to generate leads and maintain high occupancy

- Resident Relations: Build strong relationships with residents and resolve concerns promptly

- Rent Collection: Ensure consistent collections and enforce lease terms professionally

- Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure unit readiness and property upkeep

- Software Management: Use AppFolio to track leasing, renewals, rent rolls, work orders, and reports

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to fair housing and company policies

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing multifamily properties (100+ units preferred)

- Proven leasing performance: Must be confident conducting tours, closing leases, and handling objections

- Bilingual

- Familiarity with AppFolio (or similar software)

- Excellent communication, organization, and people skills

- Self-motivated with high attention to detail

- Strong judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience

- Bonus Potential: based on performance (leasing, occupancy, collections)

Schedule & Location:

- Full-time, on-site: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
