Bonanza Furniture & Mattress is seeking experienced Sales Associates to join our team at our Dalton, Georgia location. This is a commission-based sales position offering high earning potential, along with bonuses, incentives, and paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial greeting to final purchase
• Sell furniture and mattresses by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products
• Present product features, pricing, and financing options accurately
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual standards
• Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
• Provide professional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience required (furniture or retail sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a commission-based environment
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Availability to work weekends

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Weekend availability required
