Your Role with the Company

As a Smart Building Solutions Architect, you will serve as the critical link between customers, sales, and engineering teams—designing integrated solutions that bring modern buildings to life.

You’ll engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs and architect end-to-end smart building ecosystems that combine building automation, energy management, lighting, security, and legacy systems into seamless, high-performing environments.

This role offers a unique blend of technical architecture, customer engagement, and strategic influence. You’ll shape solution design, guide technical direction, and help translate complex building technologies into practical, scalable solutions. With visibility across multiple industries and projects, this position allows you to influence how next-generation buildings are designed, connected, and optimized.

Background Profile

• Expertise in building automation systems (BAS), smart building technologies, and system integration

• 5+ years of experience in smart buildings, IoT-enabled facility management, or building systems engineering

• Exposure to HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management systems, including integration across platforms

• Working knowledge of BMS platforms, cloud-based building management solutions, and integration protocols

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience

Additional Job Details

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 (Bonus 10%)

• Location: Remote

• Type of Role: Full-time, Direct Hire

• Travel Required: Yes-Primarily East Coast
