The Director of Customer Marketing is a strategic leadership role at Honeywell responsible for driving customer engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies. As the Director of Customer Marketing you will lead a team in developing and executing customer-centric marketing initiatives that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales and product management to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement. Additionally you will play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction for customer marketing driving innovation and fostering a culture of excellence. Overall as the Director of Customer Marketing you will have a significant impact on driving customer satisfaction loyalty and achieving business goals.

You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.

By leveraging your strategic vision and expertise in customer marketing you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition retention and satisfaction.   • Lead the development and execution of customercentric marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns

  • Develop and manage the customer marketing budget
  • Oversee marketing programs including email campaigns social media promotions and customer events
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Manage the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Lead and inspire a team of customer marketing professionals
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends
  • Collaborate with creative services
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
  • Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
