Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals
• Provide information on insurance products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
