Remote Learning Support Coordinator (Entry Level)
- Coordinate and organize digital learning initiatives in accordance with company objectives and strategies.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to design, deliver, track and report on online learning programs.
- Communicate with various departments to understand the requirements of e-learning materials and programs.
- Monitor learner progression and provide feedback for improvements, ensuring the virtual learning environment remains effective and engaging.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for learners experiencing difficulties with online tools and platforms.
- Assist in the development of new learning models and make sure the learning content is updated regularly.
- Provide reports on the program's effectiveness, learner progress and suggest potential improvements.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in e-learning, educational technology, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-Learning platforms, and practices.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
